As you learned on my home page, my name is David Foster. I have been in business as a Piano Technician for over 11 years and support my business with a common sense approach.  I believe in the highest standards for customer service, and I try my best to keep my clients happy and informed so that they may continue to enjoy their piano for a lifetime.

I am a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) with the Piano Technicians Guild.  This is a nationally recognized non-profit organization of Professional Technicians.

I am a Certified PianoDisc© Technician.  I can repair Digital player systems, or even retrofit your own piano or a new piano to play from your Ipod© or a Cd player.

I participate regularly in continuing my education so that I remain up-to-date on all the newest technology.  I am computer savvy with an extensive understanding and knowledge of digital technology and digital player systems such as PianoDisc© and Yamaha© Disklavier©.

I have 26 years of piano training.  I attended Oakland University's School of Music, as well as their Mechanical Engineering program to help my understanding of the physics and mechanical aspects of the piano.

I have an extensive list of colleagues that deal with cabinet finishing, moving, pneumatic players and rebuilding.  If I come across any situation that I am not able to deal with personally, I am not afraid to use my contacts to help provide the best service possible.
